I've always had great service from this location. I bought my Dart from them in 2016 and had a stress free experience plus got a good deal. While I didn't purchase my 2023 Challenger from them, I definitely still use them for all my maintenance and service work. They've always been knowledgeable and expedient. We have purchased here in the past. Definitely not the dealership I will purchase from again. Was NOT what I expected. I was very excited to pick up my new Jeep. When we went to pick it up, they just handed me the keys. No one in the office knew we were coming to pick it up, they were clueless. No thank you, no congrats. Prior to this the dealership would not let me take the car the weekend prior, because they "Wanted me to experience a clean presentation." Which never happened. It was not a good experience.
