I had some warranty work that needed to be done on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Will Lyons is the is the Collision Center Manager, and he was excellent to work with. He set me up with a rental truck so that I could continue with my work. He communicated with me well and was personable. The work was done well, and the Jeep looks great. I highly recommend.
They fixed my Jeep wrangler and they did amazing work! Lifetime guarantee on the work as well! Will did great with contacting me and updating progress
Sue in the service department has absolutely atrocious customer service. She is rude, condescending and outright unhelpful. Eli on the other hand was a pleasure to work with 1 out of 4 times I tried to get my new Jeep in for an oil change. I requested the top manager of the service department to contact me in regards to the service I have received. We'll see if Sue will pass along the message, or maybe she'll tell me to go get my free oil change for buying a brand new jeep at the centerville location again for the 2nd time. ... read more
