Extremely rude treatment by supposed "owner" and told if I did not like situation to "get my ass out". This is a customer service complaint as I did not have any interaction with the doctors, who are listed as being Dr. Kimberly Brooks and Dr. Katherine Smith. My interaction was with who I was told was "Lori" but actually may have been one of the co-owners who is listed as Wagner/Fulton LLC, Amy Fulton and Lynn Wagoner. Dr. Goodfellow and Dr. Smith are great if you can get in to see them. Their new vet is not. The last 3 times I went there she was the one we saw and each time raised a serious red flag. So after 3 chances I had to find another vet.
RecommendedI have been going to them since I was a kid. really good with all my pets. Will miss Dr. Goodfellow but Dr. Brooks is great.
I've been going there for about 30 yrs, they are the BEST... All the staff, past and present, are friendly, caring, and supportive. Highly Recommended

Pistachio is doing great after his surgery! He has some pep back in his step. I'm guessing he will be up to his schnauzery antics soon. Thank you for taking such great care of him.
Wonderful place that truly cares about animals!! I have no doubts that my fur babies are getting the best care!!! Lost one of my fur babies this past week and they sent our family a sympathy card that was signed by the staff. It put a smile on my face to know they took the time just for our family!! Thank you guys so much!!!
