I’m new to the area and the first time I went to them is when my water pump went out as I was driving near by. They helped me out and got my vehicle fixed the same day. Great work at a very reasonable price. I also went back to get my a/c checked and it took some time which they let you know ahead. They got it working again and I’m impressed. Definitely recommend this shop!
I’m very disappointed to give this place a bad review. I came in previously to get my brake pads changed and they were very nice in explaining wait time and everything but after my pads were changed make a loud noise when I break and it’s still making that noise to this day. Today I come to find out that 2 of my lug nuts are broken, I haven’t had anything done to my car since the day I went to see them. This auto repair shop is very unprofessional and they do not stick to delivery schedule. If I could give them a zero star I would. My car was there for over two weeks and at the end they were unable to fix it. Never again and I would not recommend their service to anyone. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and go elsewhere. They will charge you $120-180 diagnostic fee even when you don’t agree to it. As a customer you would like any charges or fees to be explained the moment you let anyone see your vehicle, to be able to see if you can afford to get the work done on your car.
