I went thru at least 4 other dental places because I'm picky, then finally found New Caney D & O. They are fantastic! They have already done braces for one daughter. The other is working on it. It's nice to have both services under one roof. The staff is professional, place is clean, the wait is never too long, and I've never had problems with billing. I highly recommend this place!
Cleaning did not start until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. This seems to be status quo but is frustrating as my time is also valuable.
This was hands down the best experience in a dentist office that I have ever had. I first of all am SCARED of going to the dentist but this place put me at ease from the front staff, to the dentist and the dentists staff! You all are amazing which allowed me to feel completely comfortable with getting my teeth fixed! I have been telling everyone I know about you all! Thank you for having the BEST services for a dentist office!
