Dishonest pricing. Horrific customer service. This was my experience. This was my first time using New Canaan Pool Service, contracting with them to open and close our pool. I called for a one time pool cleaning. The contract listed weekly pool cleaning service at $135. I thought my bill would be higher but in the vicinity. I got a bill for $333.02 and they ran my card. Mike is a first-class gentleman who knows everything about pools. He can deal with computers, covers, leaks and anything else that is needed. He had to finish a pool that was done by a contractor who passed away before it was completed and was able to do all that was needed. The only person better than Mike is his wife Megan who runs his office. I have never met her in person but over the phone she is a pure delight.

Massive shout out to Megan + Mike. Not only are they both kind, but it’s obvious that they genuinely care about the quality of their work. We greatly appreciate their attentiveness to detail and respect how honest they are. We couldn’t speak more highly of New Canaan Pool Service! Use them - you won’t look back!
We had been using New Canaan Pool Service for our hot tub for well over 10 years, and were very happy with the service Mike provided. However, last summer, when we were having an issue with our hot tub (the motor/pump - which was not inexpensive - that had been installed the previous summer by New Canaan Pool Service stopped working), we called to ask Mike to stop by to see what the problem was.
