Really happy with the service I received. They were able to come out exceptionally quick and get my pool pump replaced without any hassle. Everything was handled efficiently and I was back up and running much faster than I expected. Dishonest pricing. Horrific customer service. This was my experience. This was my first time using New Canaan Pool Service, contracting with them to open and close our pool. I called for a one time pool cleaning. The contract listed weekly pool cleaning service at $135. I thought my bill would be higher but in the vicinity. I got a bill for $333.02 and they ran my card. Mike is a first-class gentleman who knows everything about pools. He can deal with computers, covers, leaks and anything else that is needed. He had to finish a pool that was done by a contractor who passed away before it was completed and was able to do all that was needed. The only person better than Mike is his wife Megan who runs his office. I have never met her in person but over the phone she is a pure delight.
