Since 1998 I have brought all my cars to NCFC. I’ve brought both domestic as well as BMWs, Mercedes, and Porsches. Mark and Lucia Bagg (and team) are professional and will give a diagnoses that you can swear by. It should be noted that Repairs include a 2 year/24 thousand mile warranty. However, if you go over by a week or two or an additional 500-1000 miles, the warranty has always been honored. Finally, I have also purchased 2 used cars from Mark. How good are the 2 cars? One has 223K and the other has 207K.

This is the best place to get your car taken care of in New Canaan! They are so accommodating and even fit me in the same day for an oil change. Dylan and everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. They do not overcharge and even give discounts where applicable! Amazing body shop. Very friendly, know what they’re talking about, and kept me in the loop by calling with updates. Don’t fully trust many body shops out there, but felt very comfortable with them. If you need a good auto body shop, this is the place.
