Used to be a good company. Now they charge our credit card without authorization even though we told them never to use our credit card again. We moved out of our house in the summer and notified them, yet in November they charged our credit card $850 for no reason, no invoice and for no product or service. Be careful.
We have used them for 25 years- reliable to monitor and service is great when maintenance needed
