Conocí una persona que vivió en este lugar y ella decía que estaba muy cómoda en el lugar. Me gustaría aplicar ya que mi hijo comenzó a estudiar en un colegio muy cerca y para su condición nos favorece estar cerca de él. Muchas veces las reseñas negativas son de los que no siguen las reglas y de las personas que no cuidan su apartamento la limpieza debe ser personal no esperar todo de la administración.
I have been living here for six months and will not be renewing. Nice layout and spacious but too expensive to be hearing everything my neighbors around me do and say. I can even hear every footstep my neighbor above me takes. They also allow D&L Towing to practice predatory towing and do not care if their own residents pay the price, literally. rude staff. I was approved for an apartment. Was told the deposit was $1700 regardless of income status, job, credit score, everything. I call and ask if I can forgo the deposit or have a lesser deposit if I pay 2-3+ rent ahead in any form of payment that they wish to have it in. On top of the $1700 they lay on me that they want first months rent (which is fine) and over $700 in pet fees which felt misleading from the website. The leasing office lady was extremely rude. When I called to ask about moving my appointment to an earlier time, she responded rudely. Since I couldn’t reschedule, I waited outside the building for an hour. When I knocked on the door just six minutes before my scheduled appointment, she rudely told me I was early and needed to wait. Her attitude was so off-putting that I decided to leave and will not be returning as a customer. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
I've lived here for going on 4 years, and maintenance and the office are friendly, and are good at what you need to ha e done.
