I absolutely love living at The New Californian apartments in Berkeley! The apartments are spacious and have in unit washer and dryers. There is no need for a car, Trader Joe’s is right next door, everything you will ever need is within walking distance and public transportation is at the corner of your street. The property is clean and well maintained. Property manager Aurelia and team keep everything running smoothly. These apartments DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE: Modern and secure housing (if you get a parking spot in the garage) close to campus, with all amenities inside the apartment, especially the washer and dryer. Great views from the top. Hungry? Trader Joe's is right there. Very happy to have rented there, thank you!
