Ordered a Man united birthday cake for my oldest customer ( god his punishing him). Arrived on time in secure packaging & tasted lovely. Gentleman we spoke to was so polite,courteous & informative . What a great experience - Shay was in contact by phone to talk through the options for my bespoke cake and delivered it by hand to make sure it wasn't damaged in transit. The cake itself was a work of art - a stunning 3D recreation of a set of Zelda Breath of the Wild images - we were genuinely blown away by the quality of the finished piece.

The cake was stunning and delicious, I ordered it a bit short notice with only a week for it to come however it came on the day I allocated, it was packaged beautifully and affectively ! I spotted a Stella Artois cake on the website, which looked a bit too small for my needs - I spoke with Shay and it was absolutely no problem for the cake team to XL this for me. Perfect, on time delivery, no damages, and the cake was phenomenal. Nothing left over at the party, not even a bit for the Birthday Boy himself. Would 100% recommend New Cakes. Thank you guys.
