Very rude in the past, almost like they know it's a 15 minute drive to the nearest competition. I stopped in today in desperation and the lady at the counter wasn't wearing a mask. I turned around and went to the competition. Really disappointing to see a local business not doing their part to protect the public.

The large rude guy working in your store has cost you our business. That guy has been somewhat rude every time I have been in your store but last night he was a total jerk. We will spend our money at New Buffalo Do It Best Hardware.
I stopped there for the first time today and I gotta say, what a fantastic first impression! Super stocked and very well organized inventory, The store is very clean and the staff super friendly. For someone like me who spends a small fortune doing my own work, this is the place to go. On top of that, I had my dog out in the Blazer (with the windows rolled down) and they told me that I could have brought him in and then gave me a dog biscuit that my dog happily snatched out of my hands.
