No call no show after being told they were running 2 hours behind for our 3 hour window.
This was a good company before they sold the business, but not anymore. Gave me a 4 hour windows and didn't show or call. Left 2 voicemails and a week later they still never called to apologize. Plenty of other companies out there that still respect your time and business.
No show and not courteous enough to call!!!!!!!
Still waiting for our guy to show up - oh the appointment was 2 weeks ago.This company started great - now I wouldn’t recommend them to clean my cat poop!
