This was a fantastic experience. They were quick to respond, came on time for the estimate, and handled my rug with so much care. Pickup and delivery were both smooth, and the rug came back spotless. It’s softer, brighter, and fresher than it’s been in years. I didn’t have to do anything they managed the furniture, rolled it up, and laid it back perfectly. I’m super happy with the whole thing.

Our Persian rug was passed down from family, and I didn’t want just anyone cleaning it. These folks came to our place in DUMBO, gave a fair quote, and handled it with the care it deserved. When it came back, the colors were bright again, and it smelled fresh.
