My father and were given the info for this practice by his primary care doctor (same building). Front desk staff was rude and that is who you have “greeting” potential patients. I said we came from upstairs and want to make an appointment. The rude woman stated no that’s not how this works. I think this Cardiology office does not know what medical care means, when I asked for an appointment they told me the first availability for new patients after 3 months, There are 6 Doctors in this group, and I have no preference for any of them When I told the office manager that too much, She said to me if it is urgent go to ER. I told her I was not a Doctor to evaluate my Cardio condition. Poor understanding of Medical Care
