Horrible Contractor. Did terrible work. 2 days after he poured my concrete patio, a very large area of the concrete was defective and did not cure. The concrete underneath it did not cure and it opened up into a gaping hole that gets bigger every day. It appears the whole slab is defective. The contractor gave me a 1 year warranty in writing upon job completion. I notified him of the problem and he scheduled appointments to come out and fix it.
