I’ve been to this clinic a few times over the years and switched it to my dog’s primary vet after moving out of the city last year. The other veterinary offices I’ve used have been wonderful, but I’m always blown away by how easy and consistent the experience is a New Britain Vet. My dog had some blood work/ lab work done recently, and each individual that I spoke to was helpful and kind. Dr. Bandekar and her team are so gentle and caring - despite the longer drive, I can’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else.
Great vet, even though our dog is terrified, the team there is compassionate and makes her as comfortable as possible! 5 stars!
First time here, my cat loved it and the staff are so nice.
Everyone is kind, welcoming and understanding, which is a great start. They've otherwise been very attentive and you can really see that they care about your little family member.
Best vet I’ve ever had. Always able to see us with a quick turnaround, great care and service. It’s worth the hour drive for us!
