Visiting from out of town when my dog got sick- I called New Britain Vet and they got us in same day! Very kind staff, extremely reasonable prices (better than my vet at home) and very nice facility. There is construction so they can expand which is awesome! My girl was in great hands. Thank you for seeing us same day! It quelled a lot of anxiety I had when she started feeling sick.
I brought my Malinois, Major, in after he’d been struggling with pain in one leg, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. The vet and staff took their time with a thorough exam, never rushing, and were so patient and gentle with him. They kept him comfortable with plenty of treats and reassurance, which made a big difference for a high-energy, working-breed dog like Major. We have had the best experience with Dr B and the ladies that support her. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog, Twix way too soon. The treatment she received while trying to heal her was so compassionate. The welcome we received each time we arrived and the care during the visit really made us feel they cared deeply for our dog. When it came to the end I knew Twix was in gentle hands and they made the end very peaceful for her.
I bring both my cat and dog to New Britian Veterinary Clinic and they are always so kind and patient with my animals, willing to answer any & all questions I have, & I especially appreciate the emailed emailed inbouxes rather than paper invoices. Thank you NBV for all you do for my fur babies!
