The office staff can’t even keep track of appointments. Never going back. When I told them they said go ahead
I using this forum as a last resort before I switch practices , Myself and my shoe provider have trying to get Dr Holly notes so that the items I need can be ordered , Myself and supplier have made many repeated calls for about 5 weeks ! Phone rings and rings , put on hold for 7 minutes plus , left messages , never get a return call ! What’s going on there ! Can anyone help me !
Dr. B, is amazing! Cured my feet! Only problem is with the place, and to why I had to stop attending here, the girl at the front desk, is extremely rude, which is sad because the place is amazing, but she seriously brings it down! Horrible costumer service, should be fired. Or atleast learn some respect. Each time I went, she was so disrespectful towards me, not sure why I guess it’s just how she is. Very mean, so inappropriate!
