It's a beautiful community. Some neighbors are really great. But there is a clique so watch out for politics. Keep your own records of HOA payments, Be aware of their poor keeping
Living in this beautiful community has been a joy. My family loves to visit and the location across from the Ocean could not be better
Beautiful and quiet community with friendly neighbors. Love visiting my in laws here whenever we can. Surrounded by a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. But most importantly the ocean..... You can sit outside and listen to the waves. Being 2 blocks from the beach is a prime location.
I come from Tampa to visit and I love it. Location is perfect. Near everything important, beach, shopping, restaurants. Best place to be.
