Good hospital and attended to our needs fast and let us know what time my aunt was gonna be in ultrasound and doctors were very helpful on letting us know what was Wrong with her and very polite and letting us know that she had fluid in her lungs And letting us know that she had to get admitted into the hospital

My wife had a fairly routine surgery, there were no complications but wouldn’t let me in to see her. To top it off, they were to keep her overnight but had no rooms so they coaxed her to leave early. After 12+ hours of leaving her side, I finally was able to see her when I picked her up in the front. Clarify the visitation protocol first folks, save yourself the anxiety beforehand

As a visitor to both critical care and the North wing, I found the desk in the lobby to be efficient and helpful. I'm very grateful that the garage is free because I've had to visit every day. There is visible security staff. There is a Bank of America ATM inside the building. The gift shop doesn't seem to be open. There are wheelchairs available to assist visitors when seeing patients. The Family Birthing Center has a nice waiting area

Sept 7 2023 around 10 a.m. Reception area,Ive asked a mask since I forgot mine,I was shocked that they dont have one.
