I am so happy with my experience here. I ordered online for florists choice and I reached out to the recipient to see if they received and they confirmed they walked all over and hadn't received anything. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone had an arrangement sent out within the hour. Beautiful arrangements and outstanding customer service.
I don't even know what to say - there are just so many beautiful and great things to say about Nick! He turned our home into a beautiful garden for the bride on the day of her wedding! My daughter and son-in-law were in tears the day before the wedding when they stepped up to the front door! This is what made the wedding "real" and set the tone for the beautiful event it was. Thank you, Nick for making what we entrusted you with in to more than we ever could have expected. You and your staff have exemplified the wedding!
Lisa created an extraordinary bouquet and not only fulfilled the order on the day of, but also delivered… On a Sunday! She was kind, communicative, and extremely creative! (She was honest that inventory was slightly low, but truly made an amazing, tropical arrangement.) I will be using her going forward!
I called from out of state to have a flower basket made for my cousin’s memorial mass. I never dealt with this flower shop before but since the mass was in New Britain as well I figured it would be easiest. They did marvelous work on the basket! I am so impressed! They used beautiful flowers and the roses were so large everyone was commenting. Thank you so much again for bringing a bright touch to a sad day. You are much appreciated!
Only place in town that was able to get me edible orchids last minute. Super sweet people, I will Definitely be coming back!!!
