I recently visited New Brilliance Spa after seeing its impressive 4.8 rating and 100+ reviews. While the massage itself was truly excellent, there were a few aspects of the experience that fell short for me. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming. The waiting area felt more like a real estate office than a relaxing spa, and the dim lighting throughout didn’t help much.
