New Brighton Ford is a third generation, family-owned and operated Minnesota automotive dealership. In 1936, Al Saxon started four automotive dealerships throughout Minnesota and Iowa. In 1957, Ron Saxon the son of Al Saxon started Saxon Ford in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1984, MIchael Saxon, the son of Ron Saxon, entered the automotive industry by starting an automotive dealership called, Saxon Motors in Elk River, Minnesota. Hard to reach any service people they keep bouncing you around
Purchased a new Bronco from this dealer. Since day one my breaks make a loud screeching sound. I have brought it into their service department several times to address this problem and they refuse to fix AND it’s under warranty. The service manager is extremely unprofessional and lacking customer service. Buyer Beware - DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES AT NEW BRIGHTON FORD!!
Worst service experience of all time. Scheduled "The Works" to be done to my truck. I received confirmation on pricing and that the dealership provides "The Works" package when scheduling the appointment and it was even listed in the service description on my appt. Once they received the truck they wanted to do the 60,000 mile check up which would have costed $1300. I declined and they said they do not offer the Works package and wanted to only do an oil change/tire rotation for $130. I took my truck back without any work do... read more
I’ve had recall work done here twice and both times the team was kind, flexible, and helpful. Same day service and they provided a shuttle which I appreciated. Very pleased with my experience overall.
