Orlando and service is amazing. I called schedule an appointment. He got my truck in had a check engine light on. He told me exactly what I needed parts and labor told me when it was gonna be ready and came through on his promise. I recommend in Brighton Ford service and you must go see Orlando. He is literally the best he listens. He follows through any updates you best service I’ve ever had. Thank you, Orlando.

Very disappointing service. I had to bring my car in three times. They left parts out when they put it back together and didn’t actually do the repair the first time. My “fixed” tire was still losing air. No loaner car. They finally got everything put right, but I could never in good conscience recommend them to a friend. Very disappointing.

Purchased a new Bronco from this dealer. Since day one my breaks make a loud screeching sound. I have brought it into their service department several times to address this problem and they refuse to fix AND it’s under warranty. The service manager is extremely unprofessional and lacking customer service. Buyer Beware - DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES AT NEW BRIGHTON FORD!!
