Service writer Riley goes above and beyond helping me with my 2016 Ford Escape. I use to take my Escape to Dick Smith Ford, now Greenway Ford and their service department is terrible! Johhny Hayes, Service Manager, and his team are a great bunch of guys. They keep you updated on your repair and get you in and out quickly. They are always super busy and take the time with you!
Do not give this dealer your business ,my truck got damaged during a routine oil change,,,the did sent truck to bodyshop,to fix bumper,,,,the paint job on bumper end up being horrible paint job,,,plus they never replace fog ligth housing,,they promise they will but never did,,,,I'm switching dealer ship for service in the future!!

Power Ford has the worst sales department. I've purchased two new vehicles from them. At the purchase of the first new vehicle, they tried adding on various fees and charges. After almost walking away from the purchase, they agreed to remove the bogus fees. A year later, I thought I would give them another shot for a purchase of a new truck. We just bought a used Ford F150 and it was a Great experience. No pressure and very transparent. I highly recommend them to everyone who would like to go to a dealership and not have to deal with the high pressure sales. Very Good experience I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a flat tire a short time ago and I was near Mac Haik on 35 in DeSoto, TX. I drove into the parking lot and immediately a young man came out and ask how he could help. After clearing with the manager that it was ok for me to park there, Minnie came out to see what trouble I had and how she could help. She sent Kevin and another young man, they changed my tire and repaired my fender. Not one cent was charged.
