The facility is very short-staffed. My Mom had hip surgery. The next day, she was sent to Newbridge for Rehab (Wednesday, early afternoon). Intake was done on Friday morning. Also, my Mom needed two people to help her get out of bed to use the commode. The staff (PCAs & nurse) refused to help my Mom get out of bed. The staff put an adult diaper on my Mom and placed a towel between her legs. They didn't even bother to use a commercially available catheter like PureWick.
