My loved one is very well taken care of; New Bridge Care is an amazing place. The staff are very professional, wonderful and kind. My loved one is receiving great care at this facility. I highly recommend this facility.
The owner said he sent an email out to do a background check and it never got sent so every time I reached back it would be the same excuse. If you don’t want to hire someone because of some reason, be straightforward. again look at the excuses
