I stopped by here on a whim after a not-so-great experience at a nearby shop, and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They even replaced the clasp on my necklace, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was their honesty and transparency with pricing—the per gram price they quoted matched our own calculations exactly. Unlike some other stores nearby that change prices toward the end, they were consistent and fair. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Don’t trust him at all. He’s a dishonest person who lies and sells iron instead of gold. You end up paying the price of 21k gold but receive something that is not real gold. I bought a bracelet from him, and when it broke, I discovered that there was iron inside. When I contacted him, he said this was “normal” and didn’t take responsibility. This is a scam. Please be careful and don’t buy anything from him. You can see the bracelet and the receipt photos.
Horrible ppl
I'm so picky when it comes to gold stores plus Gold shops are in every corner so I wasn't impressed until I tried this shop! They have the best customer service and have the nicest and most elegant pieces, I truly loved their service and they are the sweetest people, they know what they're doing 🤍 you're missing alot if you don't go here! 🤍🤍
I ignored the negative reviews and decided to check out this shop probably 4 times now with my husband. The wife of the jewelry store here is very helpful and kind. She will help you find suitable styles for you and show you their newest pieces in store! We will definitely return to this shop. (:
