I went there for an appointment and waited 1 hour I watched several people that came in after me get called back right away. So I left.
Can’t get an answer from my Primary Care Provider. The number provided is a call center that pushes you around from one place to another that can do nothing but send a message to them through the messaging system that I’m already not getting responses from. There is no way to contact anyone now and the system is broken. Well done to whoever thought this is a better system than what we had before. You’ve made it impossible to get medical care.
This office located 790 generations drive new braunfels has extremely polite and professional staff that tended to my needs within a few minutes of my arrival and appointment, very respectfuI. I wish more services were offered here instead of going to San Antonio to Audie Murphy. I've had to make lifestyle changes but I'm headed in the right direction, thank you Courtney Williams and Laura Williams for helping me, the VA needs more caring , understanding women that are passionate of their profession and care for veterans.
