Helpful and essential! I am grateful for everyone at NBU
Electricity outages at lease once a month every month since June 2024. This is at least the seventh outside from June-November 2024. Called customer service asking what is the reasoning and was told “there haven’t been that many outages anywhere and they don’t have records of past outages in our area”.
NBU is a Monopoly. There is a reason why the reviews for this company are so low. No matter what they come back and write on this review, this entire town knows this company takes advantage of the community, knowing they are the only option here. Their fees are outrageous and over the top!! Someone from NBU will come back and say We understand that rising cost is an issue BUt... These people are heartless! Turned off our power because we didn’t call them to tell them we made a payment, turned it back on once they realized they messed up and wants to turn off my 65 yo moms lights she COPD and critical care equipment we don’t have a car to get to the doctor and no money because we gave what we could to rent and to NBU and they want to turn my moms power off on Monday.
