I have never worked with a company as awful as NBU. Awful customer service every time. I want to give them a zero but I can’t. So I give them a 1.
Maria was the best help every been going through a lot and trying to get everything back together and instead of making my life harder like it could of went she was our savior and got us a little bit of help when needed the most thank you Maria thank you blessings to you everyday
Price gouging, rude employees, ridiculous this is the ONLY power company in NB. They use this as a tactic to screw people over. Sick of the one way street.
NBU is a joke. They collect millions of dollars in fees and continue to price increase because they can. A complete monopoly. And if you want to talk to a human, pack a lunch. You will be there on hold for hours. The CEO of this show should be fired immediately and find someone who can actually deal with the issues.
Price gouging, rude unhelpful employees, and very shady business tactics. Crazy how this place gets away with what it does
