Very unhelpful and condescending customer service employees. Really shady company tactics and refusal to help out the customer. Wouldn’t recommend by any means.
My main complaint is the constant outages in our area 2 within a month for 4hrs is too much for a disabled senior who needs to cook and eat to take meds. Can’t do anything, not bathe, not cook, not function for those 4 hrs without electricity. This I feel is absolutely unacceptable! Prices have gone up so high but yet we have to suffer through constant outages. Stop encouraging in more people to live here. The greed is so obvious! My bill averages $1200 for just electricity. Water and trash are seperate through our commercial lease. No amount of energy saving measures has lowered our bill. I think I heard the Sherrif of Nottingham runs the show there...
Nothing can be said about them without using foul language
Eight years ago I paid $1,000/year to NBU; now in the same house using the same amount of electricity, I pay $4,000/year. AND, they are going to increase their fees by 20%. We need another utility company in New Braunfels!
