NBU trucks arrived at our business frontage several weeks ago to inspect the fire hydrants. It had recently poured rain and they left major ruts across our fence line. Aden, one of the NBU workers at the time, insisted he would be back to fill in and smooth out ground they messed up. Today Aden himself, with his crew, came out and repaired everything he said he would. From a local long term family business owner, thank you Aden for being a great steward to the town, and a wonderful NBU representative.
I have never worked with a company as awful as NBU. Awful customer service every time. I want to give them a zero but I can’t. So I give them a 1.
Maria was the best help every been going through a lot and trying to get everything back together and instead of making my life harder like it could of went she was our savior and got us a little bit of help when needed the most thank you Maria thank you blessings to you everyday
Price gouging, rude employees, ridiculous this is the ONLY power company in NB. They use this as a tactic to screw people over. Sick of the one way street.
