Ordered 3 items on Tuesday, Dec 16th. One order I did online, the order for 2 items to the same address was a direct call to the business. I did not receive an email confirmation FOR EITHER ORDER !!! The 1 item arrived in Calif. on Sat, Dec 20th, as promised. But the 2 order items are stuck in Round Rock for some reason and have been there since Dec 17th. WTF!!! Smokehouse says they can’t help me. First AND LAST time that I will ever use this company again!!!
The bacon i purchased was to salty to eat! And the small smoked ham that i also purchased had no flavor. I was very disappointed. I buy hams and bacon for all of my customers during the holidays which is a large amount of money. Sorry New Braunfel i will not be using you for my holiday ham and bacon giveaways. QUALITY MATTERS!!

New Braunfels Smokehouse refused to sell food to a church.
Poor customer service.
The product has been great. I ordered from them a few times with no complaints. Unfortunately, my business is now done with them because they started charging my card for purchases I did not make. The last time I ordered from them was in December and I had new charges on my card this month and I have not ordered a thing and not on any auto shipping program. I tired to email and call, no reply so I reported them to my bank who is taking care of handling this situation. I am so disappointed.
If there was a ZERO star we would have chosen that. We ordered a huge meat tray in November for our December Christmas family meal. We were sent an email that the meat tray would arrive the week of December 12. We waited and waited and sent customer service over 10 emails asking for help. We never received the meat tray. we finally received a response back in early saying they were our of some of the meat, and ask if we still wanted our order. NO APLOGIES NO REFUND.
