Jocelyn’s professional skills aided in the improvement of my range of motion and strength during rehab of my neck and right shoulder and arm following anterior and posterior surgeries on my neck. She created and implemented a challenging plan using different methods which included weights, elastic bands and other clinic equipment. My bicep was so weak I could hardly do a curl without weight. I am so thankful to N.B. Outpatient Physical Therapy Center. I suffered a fractured left femur and had surgery with a pin and cross screw attached to my left hip. I was totally incapacitated. And finally getting to outpatient therapy with Katy 2 x’s per week got my confidence and strength back in my leg enough not to require even a cane. Excellent outpatient rehab facility. Equipment is all new, clean, and very well maintained. Bright and airy environment that is very conducive to wellness through positive attitudes. The staff are superb. Krysten R., the Outpatient Coordinator, is quite knowledgeable. She is attentive and knows all about the patient requirements (insurance, etc.) and the capabilities of the facility. There is never an issue with the information she provides.
