I took my car in to get some vinyl wrap removed and to get my car polished in Jan 2022. I picked up the car three days after I dropped it off. While my car was in his shop, all 4 of my taillights were cracked/damaged. The owner of NB prestige refused to accept that he or his staff did this damage even though my car was in perfect condition when I brought it in. The damage was over $2,000. Do not take your car here.
RecommendedWas wanting to sell my 2007 Mustang, wanted to get top dollar for it so I brought it to these guys to spruce it up. They worked with me and my budget and shined it up to an eleven on the WOW factor! Really gave it some pop, to where it sold for my asking price less than 24 hours after I posted it. Will definitely come back when my new car needs some TLC.
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value New Braunfels Prestige Auto Detailing is a great place to take your car for detailing. I got the interior of my car done. Austin did a great job getting all the pet hair out of my entire car. It looks brand spanking new! I also got my headlights cleaned, they came out looking super shiny. I will be bringing my truck in for a deep cleaning soon. Thanks again!
Have come here a few times with different vehicles over the years. THESE GUYS ARE BOMBBBBBBB. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Y’all can have it all. For real. I live in the country and let me say I am ROUGH on my cars. For real. I try so hard not to be, but I’m one of those. I have gone to other places, local and not in the past just for the convenience. HUGE thanks to NB Prestige for making my car look absolutely amazing 🤩. My main concerns- Front headlights were badly oxidized; Both front seats had multiple coffee stains and some pretty bad ones from previous owner.. Prestige Auto Detailing got rid of them ALL & Now my headlights look better than ever ! The great job continued throughout the whole interior. 👍🏼

I had my Cadillac cleaned for the first time using NB Prestige. It took 2 1/2 hours for $35 ! It was an excellent job! I can not express enough how nice my car looks! And that wasn’t even having it detailed. 😊
