I have been going to this practice for over 2 years now the doctors and staff really do care about your needs and what’s going on with you. Bianca that works at the desk has helped me several times in different situations. She always finds a solution and will not stop until doing so! So a shout to Bianca and the spine center of Texas staff! Thank you!
All I can say is, I am suffering and they don’t care. The staff in my encounters with them are careless, incompetent, incapable, unprofessional, and frankly they need to pull their heads out of their asses. This has been the problem with most people out of Seguin and New Braunfels in the medical industry. I have had to make the choice to commute even farther to try and receive health care. I have more words I would like to say, but so I can keep my account… I will refrain.
It was a decent experience. I believe they were thorough about the information and my options. The downfall was the wait time, if I had known I’d be there for more than an hour and a half I would have taken the day off.
