The Dr is amazing always welcoming and was very nice to my wife always asked if we had questions and was very patient but the office staff is Terrible disorganized and dropped my wife having 10 more weeks of pregnancy said they couldn’t see her no more and and told her good luck in finding another doctor and never updated the Dr About it and made stuff for us very hard and made me worry even more and the office manger telling us 21 year olds good luck finding a doctor and this is our first child blows my mind so the Dr needs... read more
I went here for a possible miscarriage that I was having and every single staff member that I spoke with was so beyond kind. I originally spoke with Samantha and she did the absolute most for me! Asking all of the important questions about my situation and figuring out all things insurance. This place has been the biggest disappointment. I had to call on two instances to schedule an appointment for dr grabe he was on vacation both times… fine. Finally was able to schedule a follow up and just as the first time it took about 1 hour & a half to be seen by this man. Thats the longest time frame i have ever spent waiting for a doctor in my life. If this office is having trouble staggering appointments they should truly work on it. My review is not based on Dr. Graebe, front desk, or nursing staff. My one star experience is based solely on Dr. Reddy. I would give 0 stars if possible. She has no bedside manner at all. My miscarriage was not handled at all, everything I went through was based on google searches as my provider left me completely uninformed about what to expect or when to seek emergency medical care.
