Blown away by the quality of care at New Braunfels OB! I was having difficulty transferring care as I prepare to move back to the area, but Brianna went above and beyond to help me get scheduled. The nurse during my appointment (I unfortunately forgot her name!) had clearly taken the time to thoroughly review my history, despite my medical records being transferred at the last minute. I tried to maintain a positive outlook and attitude with Dr. Reddy for over a year. I will say she provided good prenatal care, but when it came to my personal health, she lacked bedside manner and did not give me clear explanations or understanding of my women’s health concerns.

I had been seeing this OB up until my 23rd week of pregnancy, and then I was abruptly dropped as a patient because I could not afford to pay $700 a month toward my delivery. They told me to “try to get on Medicaid” and basically wished me “good luck finding an OB this late in pregnancy.” Because of this, I am now 27+ weeks pregnant and have not been seen for over a month and a half—most providers won’t accept me as a new patient this far along. I had the BEST experience getting established as a new patient here. Everyone—from the front desk to the techs and nurses—was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Graebe was an excellent listener and addressed all of my concerns. I’m so glad I found such a wonderful local practice!
