The Mattress I bought was great, but I told the salesman ( Ryan) that I didn't want a protection cover which was 90 dollars extra. Three times I said NO. But charged me anyway. I blame myself for not looking over the receipt when singing. I was in a hurry. And the two guys who loaded up my truck! Never said a word to me,not thank you,or nothing. I personally will never shop there again.
I was first approached by an Amazing sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and definitely understood his assignment when it came to what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase. I didn't just buy it right of hand. I actually waited a couple of Days. I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT EVERY SINCE IT WAS DELIVERED.
