They are 3rd party and we booked at least 6 weeks in advance. We called day of event to verify and they had the wrong day scheduled. They also blamed the limo driver. When I spoke to the gentleman and expressed that something needs to be made right, he assumed I was asking for free service associating me similar to 'most customers that encounter an issue'. Was told I was getting a Lincoln Town Car and a Dodge showed up with a radio that doesn't work. I was told to tip the driver a minimum of $100 and I tipped him more because he did a great job (Pete). When I got my bill they added $100 plus tip. Will NEVER use this company again.

Being from out of town you never know how to choose a limo service it always can be kind of iffy. You never really know what kind of amenities you're going to get with that limo service. I was pleasantly surprised when the limo that we ordered was exactly what we wanted. They were on time the service was great and they were extremely professional. My only regret was not getting one of the party buses. I think the next time we come to town and are going out we're going to have to plus one a few extra times so we can have fun ... read more

New Braunfels Limousine has excellent customer service! The owner was polite and professional. My limo was right on time! No complaints on this end!! I definitely recommend these guys!
