I was very pleased with their work. Very professional and the shower looks great.
Had issues with door glass unable to close. New build and house settled. Called NB Glass and they came out within a few days. New shower door was needed to fit correctly. Quick turnaround on order and installation. Friendly and professional service techs and office staff.
Ordered new shower door replaced Jan 2024. After a few months I noticed moisture in the corner wall opposite side from the shower head. Techs came in and sealed a few areas. Unfortunately, happened again and noticed the corner was still moist and turning black. Techs came in and sealed it again with silicone a 3rd time after it had been 12 months after installation. Had some window glass replaced after a bad storm and could not be happier with the level of service we received. Every single person we encountered was professional and courteous. If we ever need glasswork done again, you'll be the first place I contact! July 2025 edit: One of the windows we had replaced last year is in a room we never use and we recently discovered it leaks pretty severely when it rains and is jammed shut (can't open).
