I had NB Glass come out to take measurements after a window was broken during the recent windstorm. I stayed home to meet them and expected to receive a quote shortly after. When I called a few days later to follow up, the receptionist couldn’t find any record of my appointment or measurements and said they would need to send someone else back out. NB Glass was fantastic to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional during the installation process. Will definitely use for any future projects.
We replaced the glass wall and doors in our shower as well as a giant bathroom mirror, and NB glass handled everything. It looks notably better.
