I had NB Glass come out to take measurements after a window was broken during the recent windstorm. I stayed home to meet them and expected to receive a quote shortly after. When I called a few days later to follow up, the receptionist couldn’t find any record of my appointment or measurements and said they would need to send someone else back out. At that point, I had already taken time out of my schedule once, and I was not comfortable starting over after they misplaced the information from the first visit. Accidents happe... read more

We replaced the glass wall and doors in our shower as well as a giant bathroom mirror, and NB glass handled everything. It looks notably better. And Joe and Julian came out to adjust the door right away when it was needed. Thank you, NB glass -- it's a little pleasure to talk with a live person right away when Mayela answers the phone.
