Doctor Is very nice but it is near IMPOSSIBLE to contact the office outside of your scheduled appointments. Not sure what's going on with the front office but the system is entirely broken. The online portal is also broken, you are unable to schedule appointments. On average, I need to leave 3-4 voicemails (if their machine is on) and leave a couple of emails before they will respond after 48-72+ hours. This is the best place to go in the area hands down. Mustafa is amazing. Whoever works the office literally never answers the phone though lol. So much so that Mustafa has answered the receptionists phone during the work day haha. But they’re super nice, just almost impossible to get ahold of and never call back, so if you’re far away or have a hard time going in person for appointment adjustments/prescription refills just remember that.
I have attempted twice to schedule an appointment over the last two weeks, the voicemails that I have left remain unresponded too. Their online appointment link is also broken. I will update my review if I get a response.
From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment options. I felt truly cared for and valued as a patient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking excellent medical care.
Excellent onboarding experience! Dr Mustafa and her staff were welcoming and caring. I felt heard by everyone in the clinic and they conveyed a true sense of investment in my ongoing diabetes plan of care.
