We’ve been attending New Braunfels Counseling Center for a little over a month now, and the experience has been wonderful. Mr. Randall has been such a blessing for my daughter, she’s 4. He’s patient, understanding, and has really helped her learn how to understand and express her emotions. Each week, I see her making progress, and it means so much to us as a family. When I called to make our boy’s appointment the front staff was very helpful. They are kind, understanding and supportive. They are all truly here to help. I couldn’t be happier with their services here.

Specifically requested a counselor experienced in neurodivergent care when booking (several times), yet was given someone who was completely uneducated and dismissive, not only to neurodivergent care, but counseling in general. I’ve given this place multiple tries and the unprofessionalism is profound.
