Therapist was great but the billing is ridiculous. The office requests you sign a form so they can draft your co pays. They definitely draft but draft whatever they want without letting you know in advance. My insurance has paid for multiple visits and my co pay has always been $25. I was charged $110 twice and when I called my insurance they were unsure why I was charged the $110. Insurance called the office with me on a conference call. We’ve been attending New Braunfels Counseling Center for a little over a month now, and the experience has been wonderful. Mr. Randall has been such a blessing for my daughter, she’s 4. He’s patient, understanding, and has really helped her learn how to understand and express her emotions. Each week, I see her making progress, and it means so much to us as a family. When I called to make our boy’s appointment the front staff was very helpful. They are kind, understanding and supportive. They are all truly here to help. I couldn’t be happier with their services here.

The therapist there was good. However the front desk staff are all rude. Maybe don’t work in a mental health clinic or with the public in general if you have an attitude issue , Tina .show some compassion especially in any health care setting. I see there are multiple review related to her and how rude she is.I will not be returning on that alone .

The first voice I heard and first face I saw was Toni who welcomes you. Perhaps the most important person as she created an atmosphere of engagement and an immediate sense that I knew this is where I belong. Every visit I look forward to the strength in her smile.
