They were very fast and courteous. I will tell anyone that needs glass to call them! I'll also save the num if I need them in the future.I called not know for sure what was wrong if it was the window itself or the regulator or both. When I called to get prices for either or both when I told him what the sound was he knew right away. So I ordered the part and he fixed the regulator in less then 45 mins! The price was also very easy to handle.
