Our landlord recently switched away from one property management company to New Branch, which I at first was hesitant about, but now am very happy that the switch was made! They are easy to communicate with, proactive, understanding, and don’t cause any problems for us at all, it’s great!
Excellent experience with Ryan Kinney selling our commercial property that was located out of town. He was prompt, professional, had excellent communication and followed through with everything as expected to keep our buyer moving forward. Highly recommend!
Ryan and team were very helpful through the entire process. Our sale wasn't huge, but they gave it their full attention. They were helpful on some unusual items, and things outside the normal scope of what a realtor deals with. I would definitely work with them again.
