I’m extremely concerned about how this company conducts business. Many of their leased properties are not up to code, and based on my experience, most do not have the proper compliance documents on file with the county. This creates major legal and safety risks for tenants and can jeopardize the operations of small business owners. Communication is nearly nonexistent due to constant turnover in the office, and there’s a clear lack of accountability. I strongly caution any business owner considering a lease with this group.

Worse management company. They came and took over a property I was already staying in and without getting a new lease signed changed the original agreements. They came and attempted to fix up the place but left holes in my house leaving mice to come in. I caught the MICE myself before they were able to have someone come over and lay “traps”. I never received my correct security deposit due to WILLIAM Henderson being out of town for his kids spring break leaving nobody to deal with onsite issues. Our landlord recently switched away from one property management company to New Branch, which I at first was hesitant about, but now am very happy that the switch was made! They are easy to communicate with, proactive, understanding, and don’t cause any problems for us at all, it’s great!
