Josh Cartwright was hands down one of the rudest and most unprofessional workers I have ever dealt with. His nasty attitude and complete lack of concern for the customer were honestly embarrassing. He acted bothered by simply having to do his job and clearly has no idea how to speak to people with basic respect. If this is who the company chooses to send into customers homes, they seriously need to reconsider who they hire to represent their business. Josh definitely left an impression and not a good one.
I highly recommend New Boston Service . When our water heater went out, Aaron and Clay did an outstanding job installing the new unit. They were courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was done efficiently, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. Excellent service from start to finish!! You cannot go wrong with this company!
We have used New Boston Service for several years for plumbing issues and air conditioner maintenance and repair. Our central heat/air conditioner went out requiring complete replacement and New Boston Service got the unit delivered and installed as quickly as their scheduled jobs allowed. The installers were friendly, professional, informative and worked all day in the east Texas heat to get the unit installed. I called NBSC this morning and told them about the plumbing issues we were having and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and the 2 service men that came out, (Josh and Toby) were very courteous, knowledgeable and fixed our plumbing issue. They made sure it was working properly before they left. This is the first time that we have used NBSC and will most definitely use them again and will recommend NBSC to our friends.
