Over the past 35 years, I have had memberships to around 8 different gyms in the east side of Ottawa. New Body Demensions is by far the best out of them all. To start off everything, I mean everything is always clean and in its place. The management is caring and considerate. You're greeted with a smile . I am so happy I found this gym. The owners are so friendly and address any concern right away. Machines are always available. And the clientele are wonderful. Large variety of machines and amazing environment!!!
