Basic well run gym

As i am from the area and only down for work. I visited this morning and its good to be able to pay for the day and not just membership based. As for the gym well equipped with a good variety of machines and weights some alot i have seen before compared to the gym I normally go to.but really enjoyed using them definitely better than equipment In my normally gym. The staff were friendly and welcoming and will definitely visit again next I am in the area.
