Update 1/18/22: I’ve been trying to get a hold of Jesse or someone on the team for a few months now. I’ve tried phone, text, email and have left voicemails. Not sure why no one is getting back to me. I wanted to order new blinds but also follow up on my current install before our warranty expires. I’ve been truly disappointed that no one has gotten back to me. Jesse was great to work with, very friendly and professional. We are happy we chose New Blind Now for window treatment of our entire home.They carry quality blinds and are priced better than five other companies we got estimates from. Their turnaround is super fast. We called Jesse on Friday afternoon and the blinds were installed on Tuesday! Highly recommend them!
Thank you Jesse and Phill! My blinds are fantastic. What a difference...I'm not living in a fish bowl any more. In this Covid environment, I tried and tried to get one vendor to return my phone calls and e-mails. I even phoned the corporate office and received no return phone call.
