RecommendedHad a great experience with Dustin & Jen with New Birth!! Their Crew showed up on time on the scheduled day, completely tilled up our back yard, layed 8 pallets of grass around our pool area, then leveled everything with a roller. Great communication and my final invoice was lower than my quote. Highly recommend them!!
You can't go by reviews anymore, most are not honest. I called this company and they said they would come out Saturday at a specific time. They waited till the exact arrival time then called and said they couldn't make it, wasting my day in the process. I was gracious and said I understood and that these things happen. They rescheduled for Monday and when Monday came they NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP! Total waste of my day and time getting someone out for service. I am disappointed in the carelessness of this company.
I've worked with this company since 2005 and they have always met my scheduling and product needs. The owner Vickie puts you first and keeps a personal eye on each job that is being completed from start to finish. I have and will always use New birth Landscape for all my landscaping needs be it a small or large job.
