I reached out to this company about getting set up for prenatal care over 2 weeks ago. They scheduled me for a virtual orientation so I could get scheduled for my first appointment. I went to the virtual “orientation” only for it to be a PowerPoint announcement that the birth center closing. I was so frustrated. Not just that they closed but that they waited 2 weeks without saying a peep to me or my VA rep that the center was closing. I do not know how to express the gratitude i have for every single person at New Birth! Wow! They are caring, wise, helpful, informative, and incredibly kind! My birth and pregnancy were wobderful thanks to them! I had anxieties as a first time mom and they helped explain and encourage each one away!! So so blessed to have birthed here!!

Most amazing experience all around. They were so supportive and understand physiological birth and they just let it happen naturally, the way it’s supposed to. All of the midwives, nurses, receptionists, are so calming, friendly, and professional. I am so relieved I did not have to deal with the medical-industrial complex at all for my whole pregnancy. Thank goodness New Birth is here in KC. Big shout out to Grace, we saw her the most and she just happened to be there for my birth, she was incredible. They do make incredible... read more

Being sent to a hospital after building a 36 week long relationship with new birth was just disappointing and demotivating. From now on Im doing hospitals. Best to build relationship with entities that can handle all types of birth situations.
