I Had surgery here in March 2022 with Dr Hardy. I cannot fault the service I received from initial consultation to the final after care appointment. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional throughout my appointments and surgery. I woke up starving and asked for a sandwich (still a bit drowsy) and one arrived within around 10 minutes! After years of being unhappy of my side profile I booked in for a consultation with Dr Dutta for chin lipo. When I walked into the clinic it was spacious clean and welcoming. Carol on reception was the first person I saw and she greeted me and was super polite and friendly, I instantly felt relaxed about my decision to at least speak to someone about fixing my biggest insecurity. Mr De Gado is a fantastic surgeon. He is kind, understanding and listened to me during my consultation . I had Upper Blepharoplasty. I am 4 weeks post op. Mr De Gado is, very caring. I felt I was in safe hands from the day I had my consultation with him. The results are amazing. It's made such a difference to face. All the staff are lovely and took time to talk to me. I had explant surgery with the list filler offer at an amazing price!! I was waiting for the catch! After receiving amazing service from start to finish! But no catch!! The staff where professional and clear about everything and my surgery was stress free.
Before considering any work done at this practice, I strongly advise you to carefully evaluate your options. In 2021, I underwent an uplift and breast implants, and I found the subsequent aftercare experience to be awful. Recently, I have raised concerns about the apparent movement and malrotation of my breast implants.
