RN's Debbie & Mayra were so personable, caring and attentive in pre-op yesterday with my mom. She couldn't have asked for a better treatment from them! Waiting area is nice, comfortable and spacious.
I had the best experience from checking in to checking out. When I received a card from them and each person personally signed it that made me feel very special. They went above and beyond and made my experience a good one considering what I had done. Thank you to all who I came in contact with. You all do a wonderful job and everyone needs to know.
The staff was amazing for my husbands appointment today. Would've given a 5 but the insurance department was so unorganized with what our insurance would cover and percentages. Saying we have a high deductible we need to pay today and so on, (and telling me an insurance name which was wrong from what we have) luckily I know we have no deductible and only a small coinsurance. I went out and immediately got all the right information to show them and still gave me different numbers than what my husband received from the beginni... read more
Have been here since 1:30 now it's 4:10 and my brother is still in pre op almost 3 hours crazy waste of time
