We had a wonderful experience renting through this company. The team was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Moving can be stressful, but having a rental company that was reliable and easy to work with made a huge difference. We really appreciated their professionalism and excellent customer service throughout our time in the home. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental in the New Bern area.
This rental company has been wonderful. Living in Bridgeton in one of their Pine Street rentals was great. Those properties hold moisture due to being on the water but if you can nab a cheap dehumidifier and aren’t afraid of a little vinegar cleaning it’s the best. They resolved every maintenance issue we had in 5 days or less, great guys by the way. All communication was clear and to the point.
