This rental company has been wonderful. Living in Bridgeton in one of their Pine Street rentals was great. Those properties hold moisture due to being on the water but if you can nab a cheap dehumidifier and aren’t afraid of a little vinegar cleaning it’s the best. They resolved every maintenance issue we had in 5 days or less, great guys by the way. All communication was clear and to the point. I've had nothing but a positive experience with this management company. They are very responsive. Very impressed of the support they provided by performing repairs, inspection and background checks on the tenant.
This is not a place for single moms, or people with children. There’s a serious drug problem in that area, that has been reported but yet nothing is ever done about it. Trash is literally everywhere! Our A/C unit was broken for years! Two of my children have severe asthma and i constantly had to do maintenance request for them to come out to fix a unit they knew needed to be replaced, yet when my apartment flooded the owner only had issues about why I had window units in my apartment.
