I've had nothing but a positive experience with this management company. They are very responsive. Very impressed of the support they provided by performing repairs, inspection and background checks on the tenant.
This is not a place for single moms, or people with children. There’s a serious drug problem in that area, that has been reported but yet nothing is ever done about it. Trash is literally everywhere! Our A/C unit was broken for years! Two of my children have severe asthma and i constantly had to do maintenance request for them to come out to fix a unit they knew needed to be replaced, yet when my apartment flooded the owner only had issues about why I had window units in my apartment. The homeowner is a complete jerk. He could care less about any of his tenants he worry's about is the money in his pockets and that's it. People were committing suicide and overdosing left and right. someone attempted to break into my apartment then the homeowner wanted me to claim the broken window on MY insurance!!!
